Our Irish Turf logs have a long burn time and a high heat output, and of course will create that homely feeling you can only get with the scent of burning real Irish peat. 100% Natural Fuel Our Natural Irish Turf are made from 100% naturally occurring vegetative fibre (bog peat) formed over hundreds of years, dried and manually worked by hand in Ireland and is greatly seasoned for excellent burning. Burns very cleanly and is virtually smokeless. A 100% natural fuel. These premium quality logs will burn with a deep radiating heat, and because they are so slow burning, many of our customers use them to keep their fire going through the night. Making them an ideal alternative to logs or coal. Peat as a fuel has been around for centuries, and now, with advances in knowledge and technology we are harvesting peat from peat bogs and turning them into areas of outstanding natural beauty.
